Sherry Bowman
Sherry Bowman is a systems thinker, operations strategist, and AI consultant who is passionate about helping businesses simplify work, reduce friction, and operate more effectively.
Growing up working in her father’s insulation company, Sherry saw firsthand both the rewards and challenges of running a business. That experience shaped her belief that people and teams thrive when unnecessary complexity, bottlenecks, and frustrating processes are removed.
Sherry holds a Ph.D. in Operations Management and Applied Statistics from Penn State University and has spent her career helping organizations improve operations, streamline processes, and uncover actionable insights across customer experience, marketing, development, and operations.
Naturally curious and energized by solving difficult problems, Sherry believes AI should feel practical, approachable, and genuinely useful — helping businesses work smarter while giving people more time to focus on creativity, strategy, innovation, and meaningful work.

Dori Pitzner
Dori Pitzner is a design thinker, writer, marketer, client service leader and business development executive who has built working relationships with innovative people in many sectors, from venture-funded tech startups to public utilities and healthcare systems.
Spending much of her career in design agencies, she has teamed up with engineers and scrum masters to build large-scale software solutions, partnered with graphic designers to create massive websites, and combined talents with strategists to conduct and report on human-centered design research.
In addition to earning a business degree at William & Mary, Dori has spent years in the trenches with clients of all sizes delivering experience design, developing use cases, honing her systems thinking skills, managing teams, positioning and branding businesses, aligning stakeholders and curating content.
The new possibilities afforded by AI have stoked her passion for helping people solve business challenges with technology, more particularly, in creating well-designed and productive experiences for everyone.
