Sherry Bowman
Sherry Bowman is a systems thinker, operations strategist, and AI transformation consultant who helps organizations rethink how work gets done in the age of AI.
With a Ph.D. in Operations Management and Applied Statistics from Penn State University and more than three decades of experience across operations, analytics, customer and employee experience, marketing, and organizational effectiveness, Sherry has spent her career helping organizations understand complex systems, improve performance, and turn insight into action.
At 321Labs, she brings that experience to AI transformation, helping organizations understand the work before applying the technology so they can find the right combination of people, AI, and technology to create measurable stakeholder value.
Sherry believes the greatest opportunity with AI isn't simply to automate more work, but to redesign work intentionally, strengthening human contribution while creating better outcomes.

Dori Pitzner
Dori Pitzner is a design thinker, writer, marketer, client service leader and business development executive who has built working relationships with innovative people in many sectors, from venture-funded tech startups to public utilities and healthcare systems.
Spending much of her career in design agencies, she has teamed up with engineers and scrum masters to build large-scale software solutions, partnered with graphic designers to create massive websites, and combined talents with strategists to conduct and report on human-centered design research.
In addition to earning a business degree at William & Mary, Dori has spent years in the trenches with clients of all sizes delivering experience design, developing use cases, honing her systems thinking skills, managing teams, positioning and branding businesses, aligning stakeholders and curating content.
The new possibilities afforded by AI have stoked her passion for helping people solve business challenges with well-designed and productive experiences for all.
